The purpose of this project is to eliminate the disparate systems and standardize existing processes and financial systems across the group. Also to consolidate recurring business activities into Regional Shared Service Accounting centres for EMEA, ASIA and CALA.
As well as providing the International PeopleSoft Programme Manager for this project we also provided key specialist functional staff to ensure the success of this global implementation.
